Perilla Tea
Principal Herb: Perilla/Shiso/Plectranthus scutellarioides
Uses: Helps to relieve asthma and cough, clear phlegm, improve qi (energy) circulation, treat tinnitus and thyroid problems.
Ingredients:
100 grams whole fresh plant
600 ml water
Preparation:
Wash all the ingredients.
Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook for 45 minutes.
Some dark brown sugar can be added if preferred.
Dosage:
Three times weekly.
红紫苏茶
紫苏药用枝, 叶与茎。以下药方可定喘,止咳,化痰,通气,治耳鸣与甲状腺:
材料:
100克 红紫苏枝与叶鲜品
600毫升 水
作法:
- 紫苏叶洗净
- 把所有材料放进锅内煮45分钟即可
- 可加少许黑糖一起炖煮
服用次数:
每星期3次
