beijing spiderwort Tea/Juice

Principal Herb: Beijing Spiderwort/Murdannia bracteata

Uses: Helps to relieve side-effects and dryness in the body caused by radiotherapy.

Ingredients:

For tea:
200 grams   fresh leaves
1 litre             water

For juice:
3 stalks        whole fresh plants
200 ml         water

Preparation:

For tea:
Wash all the ingredients, place it into a pot and cook for 45-60 minutes.

For juice:
Wash the leaves and blend with the water in a juicer.
Add a little brown sugar (optional)

Dosage:

Once every two days (for cancer patients).

材料:

作法:
1.  把材料洗净

材料:
3棵          嫩叶鲜品
200毫升 水

作法:
1.  把材料洗净
2. 把所有材料放进果汁搅拌机搅成汁
3. 可伴入少许黑糖调味
