Principal Herb: Longevity Spinach/Gynura procumbens

Uses: Helps to reduce blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, as well as heat in the liver.

Ingredients:

3 big leaves

Preparation:

None.  Chew the leaves on an empty stomach in the morning.

Dosage:
