hairy elephantfoot Tea with Selaginella Doederleinii and Candied Dates

Principal Herb: Hairy Elephantfoot/Elephantopus tomentosus

Uses: Helps to relieve nasal allergy and sinusitis.

Ingredients:

7                    Hairy Elephantfoot plants
20 grams      Selaginella doederleinii
3 - 5 pieces  candied dates
1.5 litres        water

Preparation:

Wash all the ingredients, place it into a pot and cook for 90 minutes.

Dosage:

Twice weekly.

白花地胆头石上柏蜜茶

白花地胆头药用全草。以下药方可抗鼻子过敏与鼻窦炎：

材料：
7棵            白花地胆头鲜品
20克         石上柏鲜品
3-5个        蜜枣
1500毫升 水

作法:
1.  白花地胆头与石上柏洗净
2. 把所有材料放进锅内煮90分钟即可

服用次数:
每星期2次
