Green Papaya and Tieguanyin Tea

Principal Herb: Papaya/Carica papaya

Uses: Helps to relieve joint pain and numbness in hands and feet.

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized   green papaya
3 sachets             tieguanyin tea leaves
600 ml                 water

Preparation:

  1. Peel and slice the papaya, and then cook it in water for 20 minutes.

  2. Add the tieguanyin tea leaves and cook for another 10 minutes.

  3. Strain the tea before drinking.

Dosage:

Twice a week until desired results are achieved.

 

青木瓜铁观音茶

以下药方可缓解关节疼痛,手脚麻痹:

材料:
1个  中型市售青木瓜
3包 市售铁观音茶叶
水    600毫升

作法:
1.  木瓜去皮切片加水煮20分钟
2. 铁观音茶叶加入同煮多10分钟
3. 茶过滤后饮用

服用次数:
每星期2次服用至见效
