RED CARPET WEED, Dang Shen AND RED DATE tea

Principal Herb: Red Carpet Weed/Alternanthera sessilis 'Red'

Uses: Helps to clear blood vessels, prevent blood vessel blockage and reduce cholesterol.

Ingredients:

1 packet    red carpet weed using the whole plant  (available in the market)
12 pieces  red date with seeds
2 pieces   dang shen (codonopsis pilosula)
                 water

Preparation:

1. Wash all the ingredients.

2. Slice the dang shen.

3. Place all the ingredients into a pot.

4. Add water just to cover the ingredients and cook for two hours.

Dosage:

Twice weekly.

红田乌红枣党参茶

药用全草。以下药方可疏通血管，防止血管阻塞，并降胆固醇：

材料：
1包   市售红田乌鲜品
12颗 带核红枣
2条  党参
        水

作法:
1.  党参切片。所有材料洗净
2. 所有材料放进锅内，水盖过材料，煮2个小时即可

服用次数:
每星期2次
