green joseph's coat Tea with Candied Dates

Principal Herb: Green Joseph's Coat/Alternanthera bettzickiana ‘Green’

Uses: Helps in detoxification and to clear heat toxins, resolve blood stasis, cool blood and increase circulation so as to improve bowel movement.

Ingredients:

200 grams   whole fresh plant
5 pieces       candied dates
1.5 litres        water

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the ingredients.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook for one hour.

Dosage:

Twice weekly.

 

腰子草茶

药用全草。以下药方可润肠解毒，清热化瘀，凉血行血，助通便：

材料：
200克      全草鲜品
5颗           蜜枣
1500毫升 水

作法:
1.  把材料洗净
2. 把材料放进锅内煮1小时即可

服用次数:
每星期2次
